EXPERIENCE:

As your clients arrive at Roka Akor, the hostess will direct them to the sushi bar to enjoy cocktails and passed hors d’oeuvres as everyone trickles in. When the entire group is present, Executive Chef Jason Alford will greet the group and demonstrate his learned techniques for making the perfect sushi roll, touching on the history and tricks of the trade. Each guest will have the chance to try their hand at creating a sushi roll of their own. Guests will then enjoy sushi and sake pairings.
