Luigi Bonura comes from a long legacy of restauranteurs, as his family owned and operated restaurants in Sicily prior to moving to the United States in 1911 and continues to do so. Over his 27 year restaurant and hospitality career, Luigi has worked side by side with a myriad of talented individuals that have helped drive his passion for perfection and improvement. “My heart and soul are filled with passion for five-star customer service, hospitality and positively impacting the lives of others,” says Luigi.
After consulting for hotels and restaurants for the past five years, Luigi is excited to bring his wealth of experience to the operations side of Roka Akor Scottsdale. Luigi has worn many hats over the years, including owner, manager, food & beverage director, senior consultant, and more.
