Join us at Roka Akor Chicago for a exceptional collaboration dinner celebrating the Country of Japan and the Region of Piemonte, Italy. Roka Akor’s Corporate Chef Ce Bian will open his kitchen for first time ever with Guest Executive Chef Cameron Grant of Osteria Lange.
The menu will consist of 6 courses, each restaurant preparing three dishes. All the wines and sakes are paired by Regional General Manager and Sommelier, Steven Tindle, and co-owner of Osteria Langhe, Aldo Zaninotto, expert on the Piemonte Region.
