Live Music Saturday Nights at Roka Akor’s Shochu Lounge

Thursday, September 3rd, 2009

The sounds of jazz and smooth rhythm & blues will be projecting from our Shochu Lounge Saturday, September 5 as the band Eclipse plays from 9 pm to 1 am.  Eclipse will be performing every Saturday at the same time thereafter with a playlist that includes a bit of funk as well as some top 40 hits, new and old.  The four-piece band led by singer Eloni Yawn, is composed of a drummer, bass guitarist and keyboard player.  “It’s a rhythm everyone ends up moving or dancing to,” said Yawn.  “They can’t just sit there and be still.”
